Definitions
In these terms and conditions,

  • “We/us/our/ours” means the seller, diloll
  • “You/your/yours” or “the Customer” means the buyer/purchaser
  • “Goods” means the goods which we shall supply to you in accordance with the Contract

Methods of payment
We accept payments via Paypal, or bank transfer. We do not store any of your financial information in our system.

Currency & prices
All prices shown are in GBP (£ sterling) and include all taxes applicable within the U.K. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are correct, occasional errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases we are not required to honour incorrect prices. Prices are subject to alteration without notice; however once we have accepted and confirmed an order, the price for that item(s) will not change.

Duties & taxes
You are responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

Shipping
Shipping information and charges are given on the product page. These charges are subject to alteration without notice; however once we have accepted and confirmed an order, the shipping charge for that order will not change.

We will ship all orders within a maximum of 4 working days as a matter of course; if there is likely to be any delay to shipping, such as during particularly busy periods, we will alert you to any such delay in advance of accepting your order.

Damage in transit
While we do our best to pack your Goods securely, we cannot accept any liability for any damage or deterioration in the Goods which occurs, for any reason, while the Goods are in transit to you.

Cancellation
We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel, once accepted, any order, without penalty. The customer may cancel an order without penalty only before we have accepted it (acceptance of the order makes a contract between us).

Returns
We hope that you will love your product, but should you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of receipt, and that you return it to us within a saleable condition within 28 days of ordering. Please return the Goods within their original packaging to:

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as, in the event of Goods being lost in transit, we will not be able to refund your purchase without proof that the goods have been dispatched to us the above address.

We will refund your costs upon receipt of the item in its new and original condition. We reserve the right to withhold a refund in the event of any items returned to us in a non-saleable or unsatisfactory condition.

If you wish to exchange the Goods for another product, the replacement item will be sent to you with no extra delivery charges. We will email to notify you when the replacement item has been sent. If the replacement item is a lower price to the original item, the difference will be refunded to you. If the replacement item is a higher price, the difference will be charged to you before the replacement has been despatched. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Colours & descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all colours and fabrics are accurately represented and that all product descriptions are correct. However, due to differences in monitor and browser settings every computer screen will display colour differently; we cannot guarantee that the colour of the item will be an exact match as seen on your screen. We are happy to exchange or refund items that do not match your expectations, as long as they are returned in accordance with the terms of our Return policy.

Retention of title
Under all normal circumstances, goods will be paid for prior to despatch. Neither the ownership of, nor the title in any goods sold by us, will pass from us until such time as we have received cleared payment in full for such goods and any additional charges relating to such goods. Until such time, we reserve the right to recover possession of the relevant goods. These terms and conditions are subject to alteration by us without notice.

Postage and packaging

UK Mainland Only
All single-unit orders received from the UK will be sent by first class post at a cost of £4.75. Postage will be combined for orders of more than one item at cost price up to a value of £12.

We are happy to send items by recorded delivery upon special request, but advise that the customer will be responsible for the associated costs.

International Deliveries
We are happy to ship Goods overseas. However, as noted above, duties and taxes levied at point of entry to the destination country will be at your own cost. Please contact us directly to arrange international deliveries.

Privacy

We do not share or sell customers’ contacts details and we take personal privacy very seriously. Customer email addresses received through our ordering process will be added to our contacts list, and may be used to keep you updated using email newsletters informing you of new products and upcoming events only. We promise never to share your email address with any third party.

In the event that you receive unwanted correspondence from us, we ask that you contact us directly with a request to be removed from the circular.

From time to time, we may contact you via email to ask whether we can use your feedback or product reviews on our website. We typically include a title, initial and surname, as well as a county, or town name. Please notify us if you do not wish your name or location to be used alongside your feedback.

Customers’ address details shall be used purely for delivery purposes and will be deleted once a transaction has been successfully processed. We do not receive or store any personal financial information whatsoever; all payments are handled independently by Paypal, or via BACS transfer, which does not require us to handle any personal banking details.

In the event that a Customer wishes a refund to be processed via BACS transfer, we will require both account number and sort-code in order to facilitate the transaction. These may be stored by our Bank in their secure online banking system. All other records of these details will be destroyed.
